Privacy Policy

ChazaraBot is operated by Avi Kamionski LLC(“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use ChazaraBot over WhatsApp and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp phone number.
• The tracks you're subscribed to.
• Your replies to the bot — answers, commands, and timestamps — and the resulting scores.

We do not collect payment information, location, contacts, or the content of any other WhatsApp chats.

How we use it

Only to run ChazaraBot: sending your questions, grading answers, tracking progress and streaks, and sending leaderboards to subscribers who receive them (which show first names and scores). We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate the service, each only for that purpose:

• Twilio and WhatsApp (Meta) — to deliver and receive messages.
• Supabase — database hosting.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Anthropic — to write quiz questions from public shiur transcripts. No subscriber information is sent for this.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while you're subscribed. Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages at any time. To have your information deleted entirely, email hello@chazarabot.comfrom any address and include your WhatsApp number; we'll delete it within 30 days.
